Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Mahaved is to ensure complete satisfaction and convenience for our customers. To cancel an order, simply use the “contact us” link on our website. The type of cancellation will depend on the reason for cancellation.

Order Level Cancellation:

If a buyer cancels an order before the products are shipped, a refund will be issued upon request. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Please note that receiving shipment confirmation from us does not indicate that the products have been shipped, as communication of shipping details may be delayed. Additionally, partial cancellation of an order is not allowed; the entire order must be cancelled.

Shipping Level Cancellation:

In the event that the buyer cancels an order after the items have been shipped, a refund will be granted upon request. However, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the products. If the buyer fails to pay for return shipping, the seller will deduct the actual shipping charges from the refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and confirmed. Additionally, please be aware that orders can only be cancelled in their entirety and partial cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Policy:

  • To refund means to return the money collected from a customer by Mahaved Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
  • In case of defective item, shipping damage, missing products, or incorrect item sent by the seller.
  • In most cases, returning an item can also lead to a refund of the purchase price. It is important to keep in mind that the seller has the option to accept a return even if it goes against their policy. However, if the seller denies a return request, the buyer has the option to file a dispute through the Buyer Protection Program.
  • Prior to making a purchase decision, we urge the Buyer to thoroughly examine the listing. If the Buyer mistakenly orders an incorrect item, no refund will be granted. The Buyer must submit a refund request within 10 days of payment confirmation. After contacting us on our toll-free number to initiate a return request, the Seller may choose one of the following options when closing the return ticket:
  • The seller has agreed to replace the shipment only after the logistics team collects it from the buyer.
  • Refund after shipment collection – Seller has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the buyer before refunding)
  • The seller has agreed to refund the buyer without requiring the return of the original shipment.
  • The seller has agreed to replace the order without requiring the return of the original shipment.
  • The Seller shall be responsible for the shipping expenses incurred in returning the product.
